Installation of technological equipment is a set of works performed at the place of operation of the equipment, which includes assembly, installation in the working (design) position, adjustment and commissioning.
Process piping erection
Installation of technological pipelines is the laying of technical steel or polypropylene pipes, which is performed in sections, assemblies, blocks. Installation is carried out according to the project, taking into account the relevant rules, state building codes (DBN) and estimates.
Electrical installation work
Electrical installation work is the installation, configuration and adjustment of all components related to power supply. It includes: installation of automation and control cabinets, laying cable lines in trays and their connection in the premises of various production enterprises.
Fabrication of non-standard equipment
Manufacturing of non-standard equipment includes the entire range of works on manufacturing individual components of the equipment, assembling non-standard industrial equipment and its testing. After that, our company’s specialists, if necessary, carry out the installation of the finished equipment at the Customer’s enterprise.
Technical maintenance of industrial plants
The implementation of a full range of construction works includes: soil development work, installation of engineering networks, monolithic foundation construction work, installation of metal frames, installation of enclosing structures (walls, roofs), installation of windows, doors, gates, installation of industrial floors, interior finishing works, fencing and landscaping of the territory.
